Meet the nurses

Leticia, RVN and head nurse

Leticia is our head nurse and became a qualified nurse in her home country of Portugal in 2008. Leticia enjoys dentistry and surgery.

Barbara, RVN

Many of our regular clients will know Barbara as she is one of our longest serving nurses, originally coming to us in 1996 and became a qualified nurse in 2019. Barbara has a crazy little Shih Tzu at home called Pippin.

Bex, RVN

Bex has been with us since 2015 and qualified as an RVN in 2021. Bex enjoys surgery and works alongside Tom in his orthopaedics. Outside of work, Bex can be found on either a paddleboard or mountain bike.

Holly, RVN

Holly joined us in 2014 and qualified as an RVN in 2020. Holly is involved in orthopaedics and assists our medicine specialist Kit Sturgess. Holly has a cat called Ted who was born at our practice.

Adele, Student veterinary nurse

Adele joined Spring Corner back in 2010. Since coming back from maternity leave, Adele is now working full time with us and training to become a qualified nurse.

Abbi, RVN

Abbi has been with us since 2015, having previously worked as a dog groomer. Abbi is responsible for our in-house laboratory. Abbi qualified as an RVN in 2021. Abbi has 3 rescue cats as well as a beautiful springer spaniel called Ruby, who you may find plodding around the practice.

Kirstie, Student veterinary nurse

Kirstie is a student veterinary nurse who joined us in 2019 and enjoys inpatient care.

Tegan, Senior animal care assistant

Tegan is one of our animal care assistants. She looks after the day patients peri-operatively and assists the vets and nurses where possible. Tegan is also studying animal care at college and is close to finishing her course. Tegan also has an adorable rescue cat called AJ.

Christi, Animal care assistant

Christi is the newest addition to our nursing team. She works alongside Tegan as an animal care assistant. Christi has a very loveable Hungarian Vizsla named Ruby.
