Meet the Vets
Tom Spencer- Practice Principal
BVSc MRCVS GPAdvCert(SAOS)
Tom has owned the practice since 1992. Tom concentrates most of his time on surgery, regularly performing complex soft tissue and orthopaedic operations such as TTA surgery. In his spare time he enjoys sailing and cycling.
David Romp- Clinical Director
BVSc MRCVS PGCertSAS
David is a 2016 graduate from Liverpool University. David enjoys taking on both medicine and surgical cases and is undertaking a certificate in small animal surgery. David is a keen swimmer and loves to paddleboard.
Louis Rumbold- Clinical Director
BVetMed BSc(VetSci) MRCVS
Louis undertook a degree in biosciences, before graduating as a Veterinary Surgeon from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010. Louis joined the practice in 2021 and has an interest in laproscopic surgery.
Dr Chloe Tinsley
BVM BVS MRCVS
Chloe graduated in 2024 at the University of Nottingham.
She is currently interested in surgery and dermatology.
In Chloe's free time, she enjoys walking her Cavalier and travelling to new countries.
Claudia Lobo
MRCVS
Claudia joined the team in 2025 after moving from London. She graduated from the Lisbon Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the end of 2021. Her main interests are surgery and internal medicine. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys discovering new places and going to Zumba classes.
